Frequently Asked Questions

Our product range covers carbon steel, hot‑dip galvanized steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Manufacturing processes contain hot‑rolled seamless, cold‑drawn seamless, ERW, LSAW, SSAW welded pipes. Cross‑sections include standard round, square, rectangular hollow sections, plus custom special‑profiled tubes such as oval, hexagonal and other irregular shapes. Custom drawings are accepted for all above materials; tooling cost and MOQ will be evaluated for complex non‑standard profiles.

Round seamless pipe: OD 6‑610 mm, wall thickness 1‑60 mm, available in carbon, stainless and alloy steel. Welded round pipe: OD 21‑2000 mm, wall thickness 2‑25 mm, covers carbon, galvanized and stainless grades. Square / rectangular / special‑shaped tubes: side dimension 20‑500 mm, wall thickness 1.5‑20 mm, supported for carbon, galvanized, stainless and partial alloy steel. Random length, fixed length and cut‑to‑length services are available upon request.

Our pipes comply with ASTM, API, EN, DIN and JIS global standards. Carbon & galvanized steel: ASTM A53 / A106, EN 10210, EN 10219; Stainless steel: ASTM A312, EN 10216‑5; Alloy steel: ASTM A335 series; Oil‑gas line pipe follows API 5L. We can source or manufacture goods strictly matching your specified standard and grade for any of these material types.

Seamless pipe (carbon / stainless / alloy) is produced by piercing and rolling billets without weld seam, delivering high pressure‑bearing capacity, fit for high‑pressure fluid, boiler and harsh‑condition projects. Welded pipe (carbon / galvanized / stainless) is roll‑formed and welded from steel coil or plate, with cost‑effective advantages, widely used for structural framework, low‑pressure fluid transmission and general‑purpose construction applications.

Carbon steel pipes work for general‑pressure structural and conventional fluid projects. Galvanized steel pipes are suitable for outdoor anti‑rust low‑pressure water supply & drainage. Stainless steel pipes perform well under corrosive, marine and sanitary service conditions. Alloy steel pipes are recommended for high‑temperature boiler, high‑pressure oil‑gas and low‑temperature impact‑required scenarios. Provide your working pressure, temperature and medium, our engineering team will give targeted grade suggestions.

For carbon steel pipes: anti‑rust oil, painting, 3PE / 2PE / FBE coating, internal epoxy lining. Galvanized pipes are pre‑treated by hot‑dip galvanizing. For alloy steel pipes: blasting plus high‑temperature resistant paint or epoxy coating. For stainless steel pipes: pickling & passivation, optional electro‑polishing. Surface pre‑treatment will follow relative international norms to secure anti‑corrosion performance for coastal, underground and outdoor projects.

Standard stocked sizes enjoy lower MOQ. Custom non‑standard dimension or special‑profile tubes for carbon, galvanized, stainless and alloy steel may require tooling investment, higher production batch and longer lead‑time. Complete dimension drawings shall be submitted for quotation. After production, complete MTC and dimension inspection records will be supplied together with shipments.

Mill Test Certificates (MTC) with chemical and mechanical data are provided for each batch. Hydrostatic test, UT, ET, MT, RT non‑destructive tests can be arranged as project requires. Each pipe bundle is marked with heat number, grade, standard and dimension. Separate packing and marking will be applied for mixed‑material orders. Third‑party witness inspection such as SGS / BV is acceptable before shipment.
