We supply structural profiles in carbon steel, stainless steel and hot‑dip galvanized steel. Product portfolio includes H‑beam, I‑beam, W‑beam, angle bar, U‑channel, C‑channel, C & Z purlin, T‑beam, U‑type / Z‑type / straight‑web steel sheet piles and railway rails. Custom non‑standard profiles can be produced against customer drawings, tooling cost and MOQ will be assessed for complex cross‑sections.
H / I / W beam: height 100‑900 mm, flange width 50‑400 mm. Angle bar: 25‑250 mm leg size. U & C channel: height 50‑400 mm. C/Z purlin: 80‑300 mm depth. T‑beam: 100‑600 mm height. Sheet pile: U‑type, Z‑type and straight‑web types for foundation retaining‑wall works. Railway rail: 8kg‑60kg/m. Cut‑to‑length service is available for most profile items.
Our structural sections comply with ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS and GB standards. H/I/W‑beam follows ASTM A992, EN 10034. Angles & channels refer to ASTM A36, EN 10056. C/Z purlin complies with EN 10162. Steel sheet piles follow EN 10248 and ASTM A572 series. Railway rails adopt international rail‑specification standards. We can match grades and specifications according to your project drawings.
Carbon‑steel profiles are widely used for general building frames, heavy‑load industrial structures and foundation support. Hot‑dip galvanized profiles are preferred for outdoor steel‑structure workshops, roof purlins to achieve anti‑rust performance. Stainless‑steel profiles apply to high‑corrosion coastal, chemical‑plant and marine‑construction scenarios. Share your load data, service environment and design requirements, our team can provide grade suggestions.
Carbon‑steel profiles can be supplied in hot‑rolled black finish, shot‑blasted, painted or primer‑coated. Hot‑dip galvanized profiles are pre‑galvanized for anti‑corrosion purposes. Stainless‑steel profiles offer pickled & passivated surface, brushed or polished finish. Extra painting or coating can be processed after galvanizing upon special project requirements.
Standard tests include tensile test, yield strength, elongation and bending test. For sheet piles and heavy‑load beams, hardness test and dimensional full‑inspection are performed. Dimensional verification for section geometry, straightness and flatness is essential for structural profiles. Third‑party inspection such as SGS / BV witness inspection can be arranged before shipment.
Standard stocked profiles support relatively low MOQ. Custom cut‑to‑length is available for most common sections. Non‑special‑size or special‑shaped profiles require drawing confirmation, may involve higher minimum production batch and longer production lead‑time. Full dimension inspection reports and mill test certificates will be provided together with finished goods.
Each bundle is clearly marked with heat number, material grade, standard and dimension. Mill test certificates strictly correspond to heat numbers. Mixed‑grade orders will be separately packed and marked independently. All chemical composition and mechanical‑test records are kept for full‑traceability purposes.
