Our 1045 Hexagonal Bar is medium carbon hexagonal steel bar produced under ASTM A108 standard. It can be manufactured by hot rolling or cold drawing process. This grade has balanced carbon and manganese content, delivering high tensile strength and outstanding heat treatment capability. The annealed 1045 hex bar achieves good toughness for machining. Cold drawn variant provides smooth bright surface and strict dimensional accuracy, while hot rolled version offers economical bulk supply.
