Chinese Vietnam Binh Duong Foreign-Invested Industrial Park Project
Project Overview
A large-scale foreign-invested smart manufacturing industrial park was developed in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
The project included three large-span steel structure workshops with an 18-meter span, office buildings, industrial water supply and drainage systems, and outdoor pedestrian platforms.
Located in a tropical coastal region, the project faced challenges including high humidity, strong salt spray exposure, and long-term corrosion risks. To ensure structural durability and compliance, the project owner specified European standard EN 10025 steel materials and required complete Mill Test Certificates (MTC) for third-party inspection and acceptance.
