12Cr1MoVG (GB/T5310) and ASTM A335 P22 are high‑performance Cr‑Mo‑V alloy seamless boiler pipe for ultra‑high temperature critical boiler parts. The addition of vanadium element greatly improves high‑temperature creep performance, designed for thermal power plant main‑steam pipelines, boiler headers, high‑temperature superheater and reheater components under long‑term working temperature ≤580℃.
Manufactured strictly follow GB/T 5310 and ASTM A335 specification. Every pipe undergoes chemical composition analysis, tensile test, hardness test, hydro‑static pressure test and multi‑mode non‑destructive flaw detection to eliminate internal and surface defects for pressure‑vessel safety. Available outer diameter 16‑630 mm, wall thickness 2.5‑80 mm. Both random mill length and engineer‑specified fixed cutting length can be provided. This grade is widely used for large‑capacity thermal power unit construction and boiler modernization upgrade around the world, adopt seaworthy export packaging with anti‑damage pipe end caps for ocean shipment.
