17‑4PH Precipitation Hardening Super Alloy Bar (UNS S17400) is typical precipitation hardening martensitic super alloy bar, manufactured per ASTM B630 standard. Main alloying elements: Cr, Ni, Cu, Nb. Mechanical performance can be adjusted by different aging heat‑treatment condition.

Size range: hot‑rolled bar Φ12‑250 mm; cold‑drawn precision ground bar Φ3‑100 mm. Custom square, hexagonal profiles available. Standard length 3 m &6 m, support water‑jet cutting and forging modification service according to drawing.

Common application: aerospace structural fitting, high‑pressure valve parts, pump shaft, offshore mechanical component, high‑strength fastener parts.
