Product Overview
20# high-quality carbon structural seamless steel pipe is a special grade for fluid transportation and pressure-bearing equipment. Its international equivalent grades include **ASTM A106 Grade B, EN P265GH and JIS STPG370 boiler pipe**, which are standard grades for medium and high pressure fluid and boiler systems.
This pipe is manufactured by hot rolling piercing + cold drawing / cold rolling seamless process, with no weld seam on the pipe body and uniform wall thickness. It is produced in strict accordance with GB/T 8163, ASTM A106, EN 10216 and JIS G3454 standards. Available diameter covers DN15 to DN600, with common wall thickness schedules including Schedule 40, Schedule 80 and Schedule 160. Standard length is 6m and 12m, and custom fixed length can be provided. Pipe end can be processed into plain end, 35°/37.5° welding bevel and threaded end.

Under dry oxidation environment, the recommended long-term working temperature is below 450°C. For pressure-bearing boiler service, it is usually used below 350°C.
