Product Overview

2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar (S32205, 1.4462 / X2CrNiMoN22-5-3, SUS329J3L / 022Cr22Ni5Mo3N) is duplex stainless solid hexagonal bar, manufactured under GB/T4228, ASTM A276 and EN10088 standards. Dual phase ferrite + austenite structure provides both high mechanical strength and superior chloride corrosion resistance.

The near-net hexagonal profile cuts down machining workload for heavy-duty hex bolts and pipeline connectors. Our 2205 hex bar covers across-flat dimension S6mm ~ S80mm, stock sizes S8, S10, S12, S14, S17, S19, S22, S24, S27, S30, S32, S36, S41, S46, S50.
