Product Overview

304 Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar (SUS304, 1.4301 / X5CrNi18-10) is a solid six-sided stainless steel bar for hex bolt, threaded fitting and precision component fabrication. Manufactured under GB/T4228, ASTM A276 and EN10088 standards, this austenitic stainless hex bar delivers reliable anti-rust performance under normal atmospheric and mild corrosive conditions.

The near-net hexagonal cross-section greatly reduces cutting workload compared with round bar, saving raw material and machining time for fastener production. Our 304 hex bar covers across-flat dimension S6mm to S80mm, with popular stock sizes S8, S10, S12, S14, S17, S19, S22, S24, S27, S30, S32, S36, S41, S46, S50.

It is widely used for general engineering fasteners, food equipment fittings, marine hardware, pipe connectors and architectural components. All products come with MTC mill test certificate including heat number, chemical composition and mechanical test data.
