Product Overview

304L Stainless Steel Precision Strip (GB grade 022Cr19Ni10, SUS304L, AISI304L, EN1.4307 X2CrNi18-9) is low carbon cold rolled precision stainless strip. It is produced by mother coil cold rolling, stress leveling and high precision longitudinal slitting, conforming to ASTM A666, GB/T4239 and EN10088 standards.

The low carbon design eliminates chromium carbide precipitation during welding, which prevents intergranular corrosion. Thickness range from 0.01mm to 2.0mm, slitting width 3mm-1200mm. Surface finish includes 2B, BA Mirror, HL Hairline. Deburring and edge rounding service available.

This 304L precision stainless strip is widely used for welded precision electronic parts, welded gaskets, battery assembly components, chemical instrument thin fittings. We provide MTC certificate and support third-party inspection.
