Product Overview

310S Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar (SUS310S, 1.4845 / X12CrNi25-21 / 06Cr25Ni20) is high nickel-chromium austenitic stainless steel hexagonal solid bar for high temperature service, produced to GB/T4228, ASTM A276 and EN10088 specifications. High Cr & Ni content delivers superb oxidation resistance at extreme high temperature.

The near-net hexagonal shape reduces secondary cutting work for high-temperature hex bolts and furnace connectors. Our 310S hex bar covers across-flat dimension S6mm to S80mm, mainstream sizes S8, S10, S12, S14, S17, S19, S22, S24, S27, S30, S32, S36, S41, S46, S50.

Main applications: furnace internal fasteners, boiler components, heat treatment fixtures, kiln equipment parts, high-temperature pipeline connectors. Every batch can supply MTC to verify chemical composition and high-temperature mechanical performance.
