Product Overview

316L Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar (SUS316L, 1.4404 / X2CrNiMo17-12-3) is low-carbon austenitic stainless solid hex bar, manufactured according to GB/T4228, ASTM A276 and EN10088 standards. The addition of molybdenum provides outstanding chloride and chemical corrosion resistance compared with grade 304.

The hexagonal near-net shape reduces cutting time and material waste for hex bolt, valve fitting and marine fastener manufacturing. Our 316L hex bar covers across-flat dimension S6mm ~ S80mm, stock sizes include S8, S10, S12, S14, S17, S19, S22, S24, S27, S30, S32, S36, S41, S46, S50.

Typical applications include marine hardware, seawater pipeline fittings, chemical equipment fasteners, pharmaceutical industry components and coastal facility connectors. All shipments are accompanied by mill test certificate for material traceability.
