Product Overview
35WW230 and B35A230 are 0.35mm cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel (CRNO), these two grades are fully equivalent with identical magnetic and mechanical properties.
This is a high-efficiency grade with rated iron loss P15/50 ≤2.30, designed for high-performance servo motors, variable-frequency (inverter) motors and precision electrical equipment. The 0.35mm thin thickness effectively reduces eddy current loss under high-frequency operation. Higher silicon content brings lower core loss and higher electrical resistivity.
The surface is coated with uniform inorganic insulation layer to suppress eddy current loss between laminations. We supply raw coils and cut-to-size sheets, longitudinal slitting and precision stamping blanking available. Magnetic test reports and factory mill certificates can be provided for quality inspection of high-efficiency motor projects.
