40Cr (ASTM A322 5140) structural alloy steel bar is classic Cr‑alloy structural steel manufactured conforming to GB/T3077 and ASTM A322 standards. This grade is widely selected for general‑purpose mechanical components requiring medium strength, good toughness and wear resistance. Available product forms include round bar, square bar, hexagonal bar and flat bar. Round bar dimension scope Φ10‑350mm, square bar 10‑200mm, hex bar S10‑S100.
Multiple delivery conditions can be supplied: hot‑rolled annealed for forging processing; cold‑drawn precision bar for high dimensional tolerance demand; quenched & tempered pre‑hardened bar for direct machining. Each batch can provide mill test certificate covering chemical analysis and mechanical property test data.
