Product Overview

904L Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar (SUS904L, 1.4539 / X1NiCrMoCu25-20-5 / 015Cr21Ni26Mo5Cu2) is super austenitic stainless steel solid hexagonal bar, manufactured in accordance with GB/T4228, ASTM A276 and EN10088 standards. High nickel, molybdenum and copper content delivers excellent performance in dilute sulfuric acid and other strong corrosive media.

The near-net hexagonal cross-section reduces cutting time and raw material loss for chemical equipment hex bolts and threaded connectors. Our 904L hex bar covers across-flat dimension S6mm ~ S80mm, mainstream sizes S8, S10, S12, S14, S17, S19, S22, S24, S27, S30, S32, S36, S41, S46, S50.

Typical applications: sulfuric acid processing equipment, fertilizer plant hardware, seawater desalination, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), pharmaceutical reactor fasteners. All batches are supplied with mill test certificate for material traceability.
