Product Overview

Our 904L Super Austenitic Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe, also marked as 1.4539, X1NiCrMoCu25-20-5 and Chinese standard grade 022Cr25Ni20Mo4CuN, is a high-alloy low-carbon super austenitic stainless steel. It is produced by hot piercing and cold drawing process without welding seam, free of welding defects. With high nickel, molybdenum and copper content, this seamless pipe delivers powerful anti-corrosion capacity, especially suited for environments with dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and mixed acid. Widely used in chemical industry, fertilizer, marine engineering, flue gas desulfurization and paper making industries. Custom outer diameter, wall thickness and length are available, and full MTC material test certificates can be provided.
