Carbon Steel Hexagonal Bar is a solid six-sided carbon steel bar designed as a near-net-shape raw material for fastener manufacturing and mechanical component machining. Compared with traditional round or square stock, the hexagonal profile helps reduce machining preparation work and improves processing efficiency for downstream workshops.
Manufactured according to GB/T705, EN10061 and ASTM A108 standards, Carbon Steel Hexagonal Bar is available in multiple grades including S45C, 45#, 1018, 1045 and S235JR. Different material grades provide suitable options for general fasteners, high-strength components and mechanical applications.
