Product Overview

API 5DP G105 drill pipe belongs to high‑strength oil‑field drill pipe grade for deep well drilling. Produced to API Spec 5DP, pipe body is connected with upset thickened tool joints by inertia friction welding process, delivering excellent fatigue resistance, high torque and tensile capacity for deep underground heavy‑load rotary drilling.

G105 grade is widely used in deep oil‑gas well, coal‑bed methane exploration project, where higher mechanical performance is required than E75 and X95. Compatible with mainstream drilling rigs, standard R2 length 9.14m, NC26, NC31, NC38, NC40 threads optional.

All G105 drill pipe will pass dimension measurement, thread inspection, mechanical test and non‑destructive testing. Mill test certificate is provided per batch, third‑party inspection is available.
