Product Overview

Hastelloy Super Alloy Bar is nickel‑molybdenum / nickel‑chromium‑molybdenum super alloy solid bar, produced under ASTM B408, ASTM B564 standards. Main grades include Hastelloy B2, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy X.

Two processing forms: hot‑rolled bar Φ12‑250 mm for forging heavy‑duty components; cold‑drawn precision ground bar Φ3‑100 mm for precision mechanical parts. Support custom square, hexagonal shape. Standard length 3 m & 6 m, provide water‑jet cutting, forging modification per drawing.

Mainly applied in flue‑gas desulfurization(FGD), chemical reactors handling strong acid, petrochemical, pollution‑control equipment, offshore anti‑corrosion structural parts.
