Product Overview

Monel Super Alloy Bar is nickel‑copper alloy solid bar, manufactured following ASTM B164 standard. Main grades: Monel 400 (solid‑solution alloy), Monel K500 (precipitation‑hardened nickel‑copper alloy).

Hot‑rolled bar Φ12‑250 mm for marine forging parts; cold‑drawn precision ground bar Φ3‑100 mm for high‑precision shaft, fastener components. Custom square, hexagonal profiles are supported. Standard length 3 m,6 m. Provide water‑jet cutting and forging modification service based on customer drawing.

Typical applications: marine pump shaft, seawater valve component, offshore platform fitting, salt‑water desalination equipment, alkaline chemical processing equipment.
