Product Overview
P110, Q125 and V150 are ultra-high strength casing grades in API 5CT system, specially developed for deep oil & gas wells, shale gas hydraulic fracturing wells and high-stress well conditions. Through optimized alloy design and quenching & tempering heat treatment, they obtain extremely high yield strength and toughness, with excellent collapse resistance and burst resistance, and can bear huge wellbore pressure and formation stress during fracturing and production.
All grades are manufactured by seamless hot rolling + heat treatment process, produced and inspected in full compliance with API Spec 5CT and ISO 11960 standards. Common casing outer diameters cover 5-1/2″, 7″, 9-5/8″, 13-3/8″ and other fracturing well sizes. Thread forms include standard BTC buttress thread and LTC long round thread, and premium air-tight connections such as VAM can also be provided to ensure sealing performance under high pressure cyclic load. Standard lengths are R1, R2 and R3, and custom fixed lengths are available.
P110 / Q125 / V150 high strength casing is widely used in deep oil & gas wells, shale gas fracturing wells, ultra-deep wells and high-pressure gas storage wells.

P110 grade can be used for conventional light fracturing operations. For large-scale shale gas fracturing with high pressure and cyclic load, Q125 or V150 higher strength grade is more recommended.
The main difference is strength grade. V150 has higher yield strength and burst resistance, suitable for ultra-deep wells and extreme fracturing conditions; Q125 is a cost-effective choice for medium-deep fracturing wells.
