Product Overview
Pure Nickel Super Alloy Bar includes Ni200 and low‑carbon Ni201 pure nickel grades, produced to ASTM B160 standard. Ni200 is general‑purpose high‑purity nickel; Ni201 is low‑carbon version for high‑temperature working environment to prevent carbon‑embrittlement risk.
Available size: hot‑rolled bar Φ12‑250 mm; cold‑drawn precision ground bar Φ3‑100 mm. Custom square, hexagonal profiles available. Standard length 3 m & 6 m. Water‑jet cutting and forging modification service according to customer drawing.
Main application: alkaline chemical reactor, caustic soda manufacturing equipment, electronic conductive component, battery material processing equipment.
