Product Overview
Q195 carbon steel structure pipe is a general-purpose low-carbon tubular product, with equivalent grades including **ASTM A53 Grade A, EN S195T and JIS STK400** under different international standard systems. It is manufactured from Q195 low-carbon steel billet via high-frequency ERW welding process (seamless option also available for special requirements), featuring balanced strength, good ductility and excellent weldability. It is the most cost-effective choice for light structural support and low-pressure fluid transportation.
This series of carbon steel pipe is produced in strict accordance with GB/T 3091, ASTM A53, EN 10219 and JIS G3452 standards. Available nominal pipe size covers NPS 1/4″ to 12″ (DN6 – DN300), with common wall thickness schedules including Schedule 10, Schedule 20, Schedule 40 and Schedule 80. Standard fixed length is 6m and 12m, and custom non-standard length from 3m to 18m can be supplied according to project design. Pipe end options include plain end, 30°/37.5° beveled end and threaded end to adapt to different connection scenarios.
Q195 / A53 Gr.A / S195T / STK400 carbon steel pipe is widely used in light building structure frameworks, scaffolding pipes, highway guardrails, low-pressure water & gas pipelines, equipment support frames, agricultural facilities and general structural fabrication. We provide secondary processing services such as cutting, beveling, groove machining and surface treatment.
