Product Overview
Q235B carbon steel structure pipe is the most widely used general-purpose carbon tubular product in engineering construction. Its equivalent grades cover **ASTM A36 / A53 Grade B under US standard, S235JR under EN standard, and STK490 under JIS standard**, which can be substituted for each other in most structural and low-pressure fluid scenarios.
This pipe is manufactured by high-frequency ERW welding process (seamless version is also available upon request) using Q235B carbon steel billet, and produced in strict compliance with GB/T 3091, ASTM A53, EN 10219 and JIS G3452 standards. Available nominal pipe size ranges from NPS 1/2″ to 24″ (DN15 – DN600), with common wall thickness schedules including Schedule 20, Schedule 40, Schedule 80 and Schedule 160. Standard fixed length is 6m and 12m, and custom non-standard length from 3m to 18m can be supplied according to project drawings. Pipe end options include plain cut, 30°/37.5° welding bevel and NPT threaded end.
