Lentil / Teardrop Pattern Checkered Tread Steel Plate is hot rolled carbon steel sheet with lentil-shaped embossed anti-slip raised patterns, widely used for industrial flooring, stair treads, loading platforms and truck floor panels requiring stable surface anti-slip grip.
We supply this teardrop tread plate in multiple global standard grades including Q235B, Q355B, ASTM A36, S235JR and SS400 to meet different international tender and procurement requirements.
The lentil/teardrop pattern is the most mainstream anti-slip texture, balancing slip resistance and processing performance. Base plate thickness ranges from 1.2mm to 12mm. We can provide finished steel plate and patterned steel coil, support customized cutting, folding and flattening processing.
The raised lentil texture provides reliable friction to prevent slipping in wet, dusty and oily workshops. This carbon tread plate retains excellent welding, bending and impact resistance for fabrication.
