Product Overview

Q235B, Q355B, L245, L290, L360, L415, X42‑X70 SSAW Carbon Steel Spiral Welded Pipe adopts spiral submerged‑arc welding manufacturing process. Steel coil strip is fed at inclined angle, continuously formed into spiral round tube, multi‑pass submerged‑arc welding inside and outside. SSAW technology can produce very large outer diameter pipe without heavy‑duty plate forming equipment.

Q235B & Q355B are structural grades for bridge pile, wharf foundation piling, cofferdam cylinder. API 5L series L245, L290, L360, L415, X42‑X70 are line pipe grades for oil, natural gas and municipal long‑distance fluid transmission. Products can be produced according to API 5L PSL1 or higher‑requirement PSL2 level.

Main application covers municipal sewage networks, oil and natural gas transmission, bridge pile foundations, wharf foundation piling, water diversion projects, cofferdam cylinder structures. All pipes pass hydrostatic test and weld NDT inspection.
