Product Overview

Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar is a solid six-sided stainless steel bar designed for fastener and threaded fitting manufacturing. Manufactured according to GB/T4228, ASTM A276 and EN10088 standards, it provides reliable material performance for overseas engineering procurement requiring corrosion resistance and stable mechanical properties.

The hexagonal profile provides a near-net-shape machining advantage compared with round bar, reducing cutting work during the production of hex bolts, threaded connectors and precision components.

Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar covers across-flat dimensions from S6mm to S80mm, with mainstream sizes including S8, S10, S12, S14, S17, S19, S22, S24, S27, S30, S32, S36, S41, S46 and S50, meeting common fastener and fitting processing requirements.
