Product Overview
Steel Ball is a precision rolling and industrial component widely used in bearings, machinery, food processing, chemical equipment and leisure-related applications. The product is manufactured according to GB/T 308-2019, EN ISO 3290, EN 10132, ASTM A295, ASTM A555, JIS G4305, JIS G4805, GOST 3722-2017, GOST 5949 and ISO 3290, supporting international procurement and third-party inspection requirements.
Three major material groups are available: chrome bearing steel, stainless steel and low-carbon steel. Chrome bearing steel includes GCr15, 100Cr6 (1.3505), AISI 52100 and Russian ШХ15; stainless-steel options include 304, 316L and 420C with corresponding Russian grades; low-carbon options include Q235, 1010, Cr10 and Cr20.
The diameter range covers 0.5-100 mm, available at 0.5 mm intervals, with precision grades from G3 to G500. G3 provides a tolerance of up to ±0.001 mm, while G500 provides ±0.1 mm. Metric, inch, European BS and Russian GOST size systems are available for different equipment and purchasing requirements.
Different precision and hardness grades support applications ranging from aerospace bearings and precision instruments to automotive bearings, machine-tool spindles, valves, slide rails, industrial grinding, counterweights and laboratory equipment. Three hardness classes—HRC20-30, HRC40-50 and HRC58-64—are available for different material and performance requirements.
