Product Overview
Steel Shot is a high-performance spherical metallic abrasive media used for surface blasting, descaling, oxide-skin removal and surface peening strengthening. It is produced according to GB/T 18838-2018, EN 14231:2019, SAE J444, ASTM A1067, JIS G 5901, GOST 11964-81, GOST 21073-2017 and ISO 11124-1, supporting third-party inspection and international bidding requirements.
The available raw materials cover Q235, 65Mn and 70# high-carbon steel, as well as SAE 1010, SAE 1070, SAE 1080, EN C45, EN C60, EN C70, GOST CT10, CT45, CT65 and CT70. Three complete particle-size systems are available for SAE, EN and GOST requirements, covering approximately 0.2–4.0 mm.
Four hardness grades are available: Grade 1 Soft HV320-400, Grade 2 Medium HV400-520, Grade 3 Hard HV520-620 and Grade 4 Ultra-hard HV620-700. These grades cover applications from cleaning thin steel sheets and aluminum alloys to steel-structure blasting, fatigue strengthening and heavy-duty pretreatment of thick steel plates and mining equipment.
Steel Shot also offers Standard Clean and Low Sulfur Low Phosphorus impurity grades, together with quenched-and-tempered bright finish, passivation anti-rust coating, oil-free clean polishing and economical black original casting-state options. Packaging includes 25 kg woven bags, 50 kg iron drums and 1000 kg big bags for different logistics requirements.
