Product Overview

Our SUS316L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe, also known as 1.4404 (X2CrNiMo17-12-3) and GB grade 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, is low-carbon molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel seamless tube. It is produced by hot piercing and cold drawing process with no welding seam, removing weld weakness points.

Compared with 304 grade, the added molybdenum greatly improves its anti-corrosion performance against salt water, chlorides and mild acid media. The low-carbon design avoids carbide precipitation during welding, maintaining full corrosion resistance after welding. Our SUS316L seamless pipe covers complete OD and wall thickness ranges, widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical equipment, seawater desalination, coastal engineering, chemical fluid transportation and sanitary pipeline projects.
