Product Overview

Wire Rod is a hot-rolled coiled steel raw material designed for further processing applications including wire drawing, cold heading, stamping and spring manufacturing. It is widely used as a basic material for producing steel wire, fasteners, hardware components, steel strand and tire cord.

Our Wire Rod product range covers low-carbon drawing grade, medium-carbon grade, cold-heading special grade and high-carbon tire-cord grade, supporting different downstream manufacturing requirements. Production and inspection follow international standards including GB/T 14981, ASTM A510, EN 10263, JIS G3505 and JIS G3506.

Available material grades include Q195, Q235, SAE1008, SAE1010, SWRM6, SWRM8, SWRCH6A, SWRCH8A for low-carbon applications; SAE1018, 1022, 1035, 1045 and SWRCH series for medium-carbon applications; ML08Al, ML35, ML40Cr and other cold-heading grades; as well as 65#, 70# and 82B high-carbon tire-cord grades.

With standard diameters from 5.5mm to 16mm, coil weights of 1.5-2.5 tons, and inner diameter options of 850mm and 1100mm, Wire Rod can meet different production line requirements. Big coil splitting service is available for customers requiring smaller coil sizes.
