Product Overview
12Cr1MoV, A387 Gr11 CL1/CL2 and 13CrMo4-5 (1.7335) belong to Cr-Mo-V / Cr-Mo alloy steel coils, widely used for high-temperature pressure components in power, petrochemical and boiler industries. The addition of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium elements significantly improves high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength and thermal stability.
These alloy steel coils are supplied after normalized and tempered heat treatment. Typical applications include boiler headers, superheater components, heat exchangers, high-temperature reaction vessels and steam pipelines. Custom width and thickness can be processed. MTC 3.1 or 3.2 material certificates are provided, each batch undergoes chemical composition and mechanical property testing before delivery.

FAQs
CL2 meets higher minimum yield and tensile strength requirements compared with CL1. CL2 is used for pressure vessel parts under higher design load.
12Cr1MoV contains vanadium, offering better high-temperature creep resistance and thermal stability, widely used for boiler superheater components. 13CrMo4-5 is standard EN Cr-Mo steel without vanadium. They cannot be replaced arbitrarily without engineering approval.
Yes, we can slit the coil into custom narrow strips or cut into flat sheets as your requirements.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC 3.1 or 3.2) with complete chemical composition and mechanical test records.
It can work continuously up to about 580°C, widely adopted in thermal power boiler high-temperature components.
