Product Overview
Nickel Base & Super Alloy Steel Plate is a high-performance nickel-based material range designed for equipment exposed to extreme temperatures, high pressure and aggressive corrosive environments. The product portfolio covers Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, pure nickel, Alloy 59, Alloy 926 and Nimonic series, with alloy systems incorporating nickel together with chromium, molybdenum, copper and other alloying elements. The materials are supplied according to applicable ASTM, ASME, GB/T and AMS standards.
The portfolio provides different alloy families for different service conditions. Inconel 600, 625, 718, X-750 and 800/800H/800HT are focused on high-temperature oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength; Hastelloy B2, C22, C276, G30 and X are designed for demanding acidic and mixed-corrosion environments; while Monel 400/K500 provides strong resistance to chloride-ion and seawater environments. Pure nickel and specialty alloys such as Alloy 59, Alloy 926 and Nimonic series cover additional specialized operating conditions.
The product is available in both cold-rolled thin sheet and hot-rolled plate formats. Cold-rolled material covers 0.1–3.0mm, while hot-rolled plates cover 3–200mm, with customized thicknesses up to 250mm. Standard sizes include 1000×2000mm, 1220×2440mm and 1500×3000mm, with extra-long plates up to 12000mm. Water jet cutting, fixed-length cutting and irregular blanking can be provided according to component requirements.
Nickel-based super alloys maintain stable mechanical properties under high temperature, high pressure and harsh corrosive media, making them suitable for aerospace, nuclear power, petrochemical, chemical processing, marine engineering, offshore equipment, flue gas desulfurization and new energy equipment. Finished materials can be supplied with mill test certificates, third-party NDT reports and material traceability documents for industrial procurement and inspection requirements.
