Product Overview
Cr-Mo Low Alloy Heat Resistant Steel Plate is a chromium-molybdenum alloyed pressure-bearing steel designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, hydrogen-rich, and corrosive industrial environments. It is manufactured according to GB/T713, GB/T150, ASTM A387, EN and DIN 17175 standards, with grade systems covering Chinese, American and European engineering requirements.
The product includes 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 16Mo3, ASTM/ASME A387 Gr11, Gr12, Gr22, Gr91 (P91), Gr92 (P92) and European grades such as 13CrMo4-5, 16Mo3 and 10CrMo9-10. ASTM grades are available in CL1 and CL2 quality classes, providing options for different pressure-bearing applications.
With thicknesses from 6mm to 250mm, widths of 1500–4100mm, and standard lengths of 6–12 m, the plate can also be supplied with customized fixed lengths and irregular blanking for non-standard components. Upon specific tempering requirements, thickness can be extended to 300mm.
The combined effect of chromium and molybdenum provides high-temperature creep resistance, oxidation resistance and hydrogen corrosion resistance, while maintaining good welding performance and toughness after high-temperature service. It is used for boiler drums, header boxes, heat exchanger tube sheets, reactor cylinders, hydrogenation equipment, ammonia synthesis converters and energy-storage heat exchangers.
