Product Overview
35Q145 and B35P155 are 0.35mm conventional cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) silicon steel, widely used in general distribution transformers, medium and low voltage transformer cores and reactors.
This thickness series has no corresponding HiB laser domain refined grades. Both grades feature stable magnetic induction and controllable iron loss, ideal for cost-sensitive transformer manufacturing. The surface is covered with inorganic tension insulation coating to reduce noise and improve stacking factor.
We supply full-width coils and cut-to-length sheets. Custom slitting and cutting services are supported. Mill test certificates and magnetic inspection reports are available for each batch for overseas project inspection.

FAQs
35 represents the nominal thickness of 0.35 mm.
No. There are no HiB laser magnetic domain refined grades available for the 0.35mm thickness series.
The main difference is core loss. 35Q145 has lower iron loss than B35P155, suitable for projects with higher efficiency requirements. B35P155 is a more economical option.
Yes. We can perform longitudinal slitting to custom widths and cut coils into sheets as your transformer lamination drawings.
Magnetic performance test reports, Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and factory certification can be provided for inspection and customs clearance.
