Product Overview
403, 409, 410, 410S, 420, 420J2, 630 Ferritic / Martensitic Stainless Steel Plate is a group of stainless steels designed for mechanical strength, hardness, wear resistance and structural performance. Manufactured according to ASTM A240, GB/T4237 and EN 10088 standards, these grades are widely used in machinery parts, valves, pumps, shafts, fasteners, cutting tools and industrial components.
403 is a chromium-containing martensitic stainless steel with good strength and general corrosion resistance, suitable for highly stressed parts such as turbine blades and pressure vessel components. 409 is a ferritic stainless steel with good formability, oxidation resistance and structural stability, often used in automotive trim, exhaust components and general structural parts.
410 is the basic martensitic grade, offering moderate hardness, good strength and corrosion resistance after heat treatment. 410S is a lower carbon version with improved weldability and better toughness. 420 and 420J2 are higher carbon martensitic stainless steels, providing increased hardness, wear resistance and strength for heavy-duty components.
630, also known as 17-4PH, is a precipitation hardening stainless steel with high strength, good hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for demanding applications such as aerospace components, valves, pumps and high-performance machinery parts.
Our ferritic / martensitic stainless plate is available in thickness from 3.0mm to 100mm, standard widths of 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm and 2500mm, and standard lengths of 6000mm and 12000mm. Custom fixed-length cutting is supported. All products are supplied with Mill Test Certificate, and third-party inspection such as SGS or BV is acceptable.
