Stainless Checkered Plate is an embossed anti-slip stainless steel plate designed for environments requiring reliable slip resistance, hygiene performance, and corrosion protection. Manufactured according to GB/T3280, ASTM A240, and EN 10088 stainless steel standards, it combines a durable stainless steel base with raised anti-slip patterns for safer walking and working surfaces.
Available grades include 304, 304L, 316L, 201, and 430, covering different application requirements from food processing and clean workshops to marine and industrial environments. Four surface pattern options are available: 5-Bar (Willow Leaf), Lentil/Teardrop, Diamond, and Perforated anti-slip patterns, with thickness ranging from 1.0mm to 10.0mm.
Compared with traditional carbon steel tread plates, stainless checkered plate provides better resistance against water, moisture, food residue, mild chemicals, and seawater exposure. Its embossed texture improves surface friction, while maintaining good bending, welding, and customized cutting performance for project-based fabrication.
