Hot-rolled stainless steel plate is a heavy-gauge stainless steel material designed for high-temperature, corrosive, and demanding industrial environments. Manufactured according to GB/T4237, ASTM A240, and EN 10088, it provides material options for petrochemical equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, seawater desalination systems, and nuclear power auxiliary structures.
The product covers a broad range of austenitic, heat-resistant, duplex, and high-alloy stainless steel grades, including 304, 304L, 316L, 321, 309S, 310S, 2205, 2507, 904L, and 317L, together with corresponding ASTM, EN, SUS, and GB designations. This allows buyers to select materials according to corrosion, temperature, fabrication, and project specification requirements.
Available in 3–100mm thickness, with widths of 1500, 1800, 2000, and 2500mm and standard lengths of 6000 and 12000mm, the plate can also be supplied with customized fixed-length cutting. Its No.1 hot-rolled pickled black surface, corrosion resistance, high-temperature performance, and good welding, bending, and forming properties make it suitable for heavy industrial fabrication.
