Product Overview
12Cr1MoV, A387 Gr11 CL1/CL2 and 13CrMo4-5 (1.7335) belong to Cr-Mo-V / Cr-Mo alloy steel coils, widely used for high-temperature pressure components in power, petrochemical and boiler industries. The addition of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium elements significantly improves high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep strength and thermal stability.
These alloy steel coils are supplied after normalized and tempered heat treatment. Typical applications include boiler headers, superheater components, heat exchangers, high-temperature reaction vessels and steam pipelines. Custom width and thickness can be processed. MTC 3.1 or 3.2 material certificates are provided, each batch undergoes chemical composition and mechanical property testing before delivery.

FAQs
CL2 has higher minimum yield and tensile strength requirement than CL1. CL2 is selected for pressure vessels bearing heavier design load.
They are similar 2.25Cr1Mo alloy steel grades, but standards are different (EN vs ASTM). Chemical and mechanical parameters are close, but cannot be interchanged without engineering approval.
Yes, we can slit coil into narrow strips or cut to flat sheets according to your drawings.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC 3.1 or 3.2) including full chemical composition and mechanical test data.
Continuous working temperature can reach up to 600°C, widely used in hydrogenation reactor and high-temperature petrochemical equipment.
