Product Overview

This product group includes Alloy 59, Alloy 926 and Nimonic series, premium high-performance nickel superalloys. These grades are engineered for the most demanding industrial environments, combining exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties.

Alloy 59: Nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with ultra-low carbon, excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing mixed corrosive media, highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Alloy 926: Super austenitic nickel alloy, outstanding resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, widely used in seawater, flue gas desulfurization and chemical processing.

Nimonic Series: Age-hardenable nickel-chromium superalloys, retains high strength under continuous high temperature, commonly applied for aerospace gas turbine, engine and high-temperature fastener parts.

We supply cold rolled superalloy coil with thickness 0.10–3.0 mm, custom ultra-thin 0.03mm available. Standard cold rolled widths:1000 /1219 /1250 /1500 mm. Precision slitting service can cut coil down to 3 mm width. Surface options include pickled passivated, bright annealed and brushed finish. Every batch comes with Mill Test Certificate (MTC) to comply with ASTM, ASME and EN standards.
