Product Overview

Alloy Steel Coil is a low-alloy heat-resistant steel coil designed for high-temperature and pressure-bearing working conditions. The product portfolio covers GB, ASTM/ASME and EN grades, including 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 15CrMoR, 16Mo3, A387 Gr11, A387 Gr22, A387 Gr91 (P91) and A387 Gr92 (P92).

Both hot-rolled and cold-rolled alloy steel coil options are available. Hot-rolled material covers 2.0–16.0mm, while cold-rolled precision material covers 0.3–3.0mm with dimensional tolerance up to ±0.01mm. Slitting, cutting, bending, beveling, normalizing and tempering are also available for different fabrication requirements.

The material is suitable for thermal power, petrochemical, coal-chemical, pressure-vessel and other high-temperature equipment applications, including boiler headers, steam pipeline materials, reactor shells, heat-exchanger components and pressure-containing fittings. Export orders are supplied with EN 10204 Mill Test Certificates for material traceability.
