Product Overview

Nickel / Super Alloy Coil is a range of nickel-based, nickel-copper and superalloy coils designed for demanding industrial environments. The product range includes Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Nickel 200/201, Alloy 59, Alloy 926 and Nimonic series, with representative grades such as Inconel 600/601/625/718/X-750/800H, Hastelloy B2/C22/C276/G30/X, and Monel 400/K500.

Two main delivery forms are available: cold-rolled ultra-thin superalloy coils and hot-rolled nickel-base mother coils. Cold-rolled coils cover 0.10–3.0mm, with 0.03mm extra-thin material available by customization, while precision slitting can produce narrow strips down to 3mm. Hot-rolled coils cover 3–12mm thickness and 1000–2000mm width, with maximum single-coil weight up to 25 tons.

Different alloy grades are supplied for applications including aero-engine components, gas turbines, nuclear internals, deep-sea pressure vessels, wet-metallurgy equipment, FGD systems, seawater equipment, offshore platforms, oil-field components and water desalination. Surface finishing and secondary processing options include BA, pickled/passivated, HL, mirror polishing, protective film, water-jet cutting, flattening, deburring, chamfering and hardness tempering. Each shipment is supplied with a Mill Test Certificate verifying chemical composition and mechanical properties.
