Product Overview

Our ASTM A500 Gr.B & ASTM A500 Gr.C galvanized square and rectangular steel pipe is hot-dip galvanized structural hollow section produced in accordance with ASTM A500 standard. The base raw material adopts ASTM A500 Gr.B and ASTM A500 Gr.C carbon steel grades, processed with welding then hot-dip galvanization to form a dense zinc protective coating on steel surface.

ASTM A500 Gr.B is the common grade for general North American building frames, while ASTM A500 Gr.C provides higher yield strength for medium & heavy load structural designs. This ASTM A500 galvanized SHS/RHS is widely used in US building construction, framework supports, guardrails, solar mounting frames, outdoor infrastructure and mechanical structures. Uniform zinc coating thickness provides excellent corrosion resistance in open-air and humid environments. Custom cutting service is available to meet different engineering length requirements.
