Product Overview

B50A250 and B20AHV800 are representative high-end grades of Baosteel B+ series cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel. B50A250 is 0.50mm conventional gauge ultra-low loss grade, mainly used for high-efficiency industrial motors and new energy vehicle drive motors. B20AHV800 is 0.20mm ultra-thin high-frequency grade, specially designed for high-frequency working conditions such as new energy vehicle drive motors, high-frequency power supplies and PCS energy storage converters.

Both grades adopt Baosteel’s unique composition design and process control, with excellent iron loss and magnetic induction performance, and good mechanical properties and punchability. They can be supplied with high-performance inorganic insulation coating, which has good insulation performance, heat resistance and punchability. The original mother coil width is 1000-1250mm, and precision slitting service with ±0.005mm tolerance is available.

B50A250 is widely used in new energy vehicle drive motors, high-efficiency industrial motors, servo motors and high-performance generators. B20AHV800 is mainly used in EV drive motors, high-frequency transformers, PCS energy storage converters and switching power supplies. We can provide supporting processing services such as flattening, stamping and laser cutting.
