Product Overview

Baosteel Hi-B R Series CRGO coil is laser scribed high magnetic induction grain oriented silicon steel, premium grade for high-performance magnetic core. Main grades: B23R075, B23R080, B23R085, B27R085, B27R090, B30R100.

The laser scribing treatment effectively reduces magnetic domain width and core loss, with higher magnetic induction than conventional P series CRGO. It is widely used for large power transformers, wind turbine transformers, energy storage reactors and high efficiency distribution transformers. Available thickness:0.23,0.27,0.30mm. Mother coil width 700–1250mm, precision slitting down to 20mm width. C5/C6/RoHS lead-free insulation coating options. Full downstream core processing service and MTC certificate supplied.
