Product Overview

C Purlin is a cold-formed C-shaped steel profile manufactured through cold rolling process. As one of the important secondary structural components in steel buildings, it provides lightweight structural support with efficient load-bearing performance. C Purlin is widely used for roof systems, wall enclosure structures and secondary framing applications.

Manufactured according to international standards including GB/T 6728-2017, GB/T 12755-2019, GB/T 2518-2008, ASTM A653/A653M-22, EN 10162-2019 and JIS G3141-2017, C Purlin meets requirements for global engineering projects and cross-border procurement.

The product range includes light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty C Purlin series. Standard sizes cover C80×40×15×1.2 to C300×80×30×4.0, while customized dimensions are available with height 60–400mm, curl edge 15–50mm and wall thickness 1.0–5.0mm according to engineering drawings.

C Purlin supports multiple raw materials, including cold-rolled substrates and hot-dip galvanized substrates. Pre-punched bolt holes, customized lengths, anti-corrosion coatings and secondary processing services such as cutting, bending and splicing are available. It is widely applied in industrial workshops, agricultural greenhouses, photovoltaic structures, prefabricated buildings, warehouses and steel-frame construction projects.
