Product Overview

Z Purlin is a cold-formed Z-shaped thin-wall steel profile designed for modern steel structure construction. As an important secondary structural component, it provides efficient roof and wall support solutions for large-span steel buildings. Its unique Z-section design allows continuous lap-joint connection, making it especially suitable for large-span roof systems.

Manufactured according to international standards including GB/T 6728-2017, GB/T 12755-2019, ASTM A653/A653M-22, EN 10162-2019 and JIS G3141-2017, Z Purlin meets material inspection requirements for global engineering projects and international procurement.

Our Z Purlin product range includes light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty series. Standard models cover Z100×50×20×1.2 to Z300×80×30×4.0, while customized dimensions are available according to engineering drawings, including height 60–400mm, curl edge 15–50mm and wall thickness 1.0–5.0mm.

Z Purlin supports cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel substrates, factory pre-punched holes, customized lengths from 1–18m and multiple corrosion-resistant surface treatments. It is widely used in large-span industrial workshops, photovoltaic support systems, agricultural greenhouses, modular buildings, warehouses and other steel construction projects.
