Product Overview
DR10 Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) coil is the highest strength grade of double-reduced DR series ETP. After secondary cold rolling, DR10 achieves maximum yield strength and hardness, suitable for ultra-thin gauge lightweight rigid packaging, where wall thickness needs minimization while retaining structural rigidity.
Available tin coating: #25, #50, #75, #100 and differential tin coating. Surface treatment options include chemical passivation, DOS oil, butyl alcohol oil film and food-grade epoxy lacquer. Thickness 0.14–0.50mm, coil width 700–1050mm, custom slitting service available.
Main applications: ultra-thin lightweight rigid metal packaging. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) will be provided for each shipment.
