Product Overview
DR7 Tin Free Steel (TFS/ECCS) Sheet is double reduced temper chromium coated steel sheet, following ASTM A623/A657, JIS G3315, EN10202 standards. Double reduced rolling gives DR7 outstanding stiffness with thinner thickness, designed for lightweight thin-wall can tops and bottom covers. Low-carbon base steel with double-sided chromium + chromium oxide coating. DR7 has higher hardness than all SR grades, limited elongation, ideal for rigid thin-wall packaging components. Supports punching, curling and seaming, compatible with printing and internal coating. Chromium coating weight customizable from 50 to150mg/m², good anti-corrosion and sulfur stain resistance.
