Product Overview
DR9 Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) coil belongs to double-reduced (DR) series ETP. Double-reduced tinplate gains ultra-high strength through secondary cold rolling, DR9 is high strength DR grade with extremely low elongation, designed for thin gauge lightweight packaging.
Available tin coating weights: #25, #50, #75, #100, differential tin coating optional. Surface treatment: chemical passivation, DOS oil, butyl alcohol oil film, food-grade epoxy lacquer. Thickness range 0.14–0.50mm, coil width 700–1050mm, custom slitting service available.
DR9 is used for thin-wall high-strength packaging where wall thickness needs to be reduced while maintaining structural stiffness. MTC certificate can be provided.
